1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Skoligo school management platform (“Platform”) by the subscribing school ("You," "Your," "School"). By subscribing to or using Skoligo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

 

 

2. Services Provided

Skoligo provides cloud-based school management features, including but not limited to:

  • Student and staff records management

  • Attendance and academic tracking

  • Fee and expense management

  • Announcements and communication tools

  • Website and gallery management

  • Certificate and ID card generation

Additional modules and features may be included based on your subscription plan.

 

 

3. Account & Access

  • The school is responsible for managing its own administrator accounts.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system by your staff or authorized users.

  • Each user (teacher, parent, student) must access the platform using credentials assigned by the school or system admin.

 

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure all users follow proper conduct and data privacy practices.

  • The Platform must not be used for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

  • All content uploaded (e.g., photos, documents) must be appropriate and not infringe any third-party rights.

 

 

5. Data Protection & Privacy

  • The school is considered the Data Controller for all student, teacher, and parent data.

  • Skoligo (Brindasoft) acts as the Data Processor, and will only process school data as per instructions and in compliance with data protection laws.

  • We implement security measures to protect your data, but ultimate responsibility for user-level access lies with the school.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Subscription fees are based on your selected plan (monthly, yearly, prepaid, or postpaid).

  • Late payments may result in service suspension after notice.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

 

 

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • In case of a breach of terms or misuse, Skoligo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately.

  • Upon termination, school data will be retained for 30 days unless requested for deletion earlier.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Skoligo’s software, design, logo, and content are the property of Brindasoft.

  • Schools may not copy, resell, or modify the platform without written consent.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Skoligo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including data loss caused by school-side errors or unauthorized access.

  • The platform is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, although we aim to maintain 99.9% uptime.

 

 

10. Support & Maintenance

  • Support is available via email and WhatsApp during business hours.

  • Planned maintenance will be notified in advance unless urgent or emergency.

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
