Skoligo offers a free trial for new schools to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
No charges are applied during the trial period.
You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any fees.
Once a subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) is activated and payment is processed, no automatic refundswill be provided.
It is the responsibility of the school to review the features during the free trial and select an appropriate plan before subscribing.
We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
Technical Issues: If the platform fails to function as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription.
Incorrect Plan Purchase: If a wrong plan was selected and reported within 48 hours of payment.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@skoligo.pk with proof of payment and a clear reason for the request.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your admin panel or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop auto-renewal but does not initiate a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
If your account is found violating our [Terms of Service] or involved in misuse or illegal activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
